Hi, I'm Jenn. Yes, with two n's. That's me and my pup Nala in the picture, and yes, she occasionally makes a guest appearance in session.

Here's a secret: therapy was not my first career. I spent years in accounting, climbing toward a corporate ladder I never really wanted to climb. I was good at it but spent a lot of time staring at a spreadsheet wondering if this was it.

You are whole. You are valuable. Life can feel really full on the other side of this.
