Therapy for me happened organically. I wanted to study social work because I loved helping people, and it felt like a natural fit. During undergrad and grad school, I was drawn to therapeutic roles and found myself providing counseling without even realizing it. By the time I graduated, becoming a mental health therapist felt like a natural next step. I didn’t plan it from the start, but I grew into it—and it turned out to be exactly where I was meant to be.
I primarily work with both children and adults, and I find deep fulfillment in both. Working with children feels especially intuitive, and through that work, I’ve naturally been drawn into supporting their families and, at times, couples. It makes sense to care for the broader system surrounding a child—healing and growth often ripple outward.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating a major life change, you're not alone—and therapy can help. Life can feel heavy at times—whether you're facing a major transition, feeling stuck, or trying to manage overwhelming emotions. I strive to create a safe, inclusive space where you feel respected, supported, and gently challenged to grow.
