Nice to meet you!
I was inspired to become a therapist to help bridge the gap in mental health care within minority communities. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered—especially those whose voices have historically been overlooked.
I work with a wide range of clients, including adults, couples, families, children (ages 10+), LGBTQ+ individuals, and BIPOC communities. I have specialized training in Prepare & Enrich Premarital Counseling, and I especially enjoy supporting clients through relationship issues, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and communication difficulties.
My approach to therapy is open, compassionate, and direct. I draw from modalities like Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Experiential Therapy, always tailoring my style to best support your unique needs and goals.
Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time with my child and our playful puppy. You can often find me writing poetry, getting lost in a good book, or unwinding with yoga.
Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you.
