Our Passions

You don't need the perfect words for what you're going through. These are some of the things we care deeply about helping you explore.

Different therapists, shared care. Our team brings several ways of understanding what you are going through, from exploring early relationships to practicing changes in everyday life. The examples below draw from our clinicians’ individual approaches. Your therapist will discuss what fits your needs; not every clinician uses every method.

identity & culture

Who are you when you set everyone else's expectations aside? We make space to explore that question without asking you to leave your culture, relationships or history at the door.

  • Gender identity and sexuality
  • Cultural influences and belonging
  • Finding your values and your own voice

You might feel caught between the person your family expects, the communities you belong to, and the life you want for yourself. We can hold those tensions with you without rushing toward a label or a tidy answer.

millennials & gen z

Adulthood doesn't come with instructions. Between work, relationships, family expectations and the comparison spiral online, it can feel like everyone else got a copy.

  • Career, school and relationship transitions
  • Financial pressure and uncertainty about the future
  • Old patterns that keep showing up

Maybe you're making big decisions while still figuring out what you actually want. Therapy can be a place to untangle your own priorities from the timeline you think you should be following.

children & families

Big feelings don't always come with words. For children, those feelings may show up through behavior, play or changes at home and school.

  • Understanding and expressing emotions
  • Building coping and communication skills
  • Navigating relationships and everyday challenges

We look beyond a difficult moment to the child experiencing it. Development, relationships and the environments around a child all matter when we try to understand what they need.

trauma

Something can be in the past and still feel present. You may notice it in your relationships, your reactions or how safe you feel in the world.

  • Feeling on edge, overwhelmed or disconnected
  • Difficulty with trust and closeness
  • Making sense of painful experiences

You don't have to tell your whole story at once. We can begin with what feels manageable today, making space for your boundaries and the ways you've learned to get through difficult experiences.

depression & finding meaning

Sometimes life feels heavy. Sometimes it feels like nothing at all. You don't have to make those feelings sound more acceptable before bringing them into therapy.

  • Low mood, disconnection or losing interest in things
  • Self-criticism, shame and feeling stuck
  • Questions about purpose and what matters to you

We make room for both the everyday difficulty of getting through a day and the bigger questions underneath it. You can talk about sadness, numbness, anger or uncertainty without having to turn it into a positive lesson.

Not sure where you fit? We can talk through what you're looking for and help you find a therapist on our team.
