Through my work, I’ve come to believe that fostering self-worth and prioritizing self-care aren’t luxuries—they’re essentials for building healthy, resilient individuals and family systems. My passion lies in being that extra hand, that steady support, and that guide on the path toward healing. I help individuals and families rediscover their strength and create a foundation rooted in empathy, connection, and understanding.
I work with adults, couples, students, and families, and have experience supporting clients through anxiety, relationship challenges, divorce, medical stressors, self-harm, life transitions, co-parenting, grief and loss, low self-esteem, and stress management. I’m especially passionate about working with adults, families, single parents, and co-parenting dynamics.
In my sessions, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, Structured Family Therapy, and Bowenian Family Therapy, tailoring my approach to fit the unique needs of each client.
Outside the therapy room, I share a special bond with my daughter—we’re always on the lookout for our next food adventure. From exploring new restaurants to crafting our own mini food tours, we find joy in trying new flavors and connecting over shared experiences. Our ultimate favorite? Milk tea with boba, every time.

Mi nombre es Jessica Palma y soy Terapeuta Matrimonial y Familiar. Mi variedad de experiencia incluye proveer salud mental a adolescentes, adultos y familias de diversos culturales en inglés como en español, enfocándome en diferentes problemas de salud mental, incluido trabajo con adultos, parejas, estudiantes y familias, y tengo experiencia apoyando a clientes en situaciones de ansiedad, desafíos en las relaciones, divorcios, factores estresantes médicos, transiciones de vida, crianza compartida, duelo y pérdida, baja autoestima y manejo del estrés.
Soy terapeuta porque me permite ser parte de su sistema de apoyo. He visto los beneficios de aprender a ser consciente de las conexiones entre los pensamientos, las emociones, y los comportamientos. A través de mi trabajo, he llegado a creer que fomentar la autoestima y priorizar el cuidado personal no son lujos: son elementos esenciales para construir individuos y sistemas familiares saludables.
Fuera de la sala de terapia, estoy con mi hija. Explorarando nuevos restaurantes hasta crear nuestros propios mini tours de comida, nos encanta probar nuevos sabores y conectarnos a través de experiencias compartidas.
